Forgot to post this little addition to my collection that I got for Christmas this year:
One of these days I'm going to replace that wood stock with a folding composite version, add a scope and bipod, and get some bigger magazines.
I also got a full, unopened crate of ammo for it!
I think I'm almost ready for the Zombie appocalypse.

Ok …another one for the creepy similarity thing I had an SKS about 15 years ago with the folding composite stock and a 30 round clip it was the paratrooper version that was a bit shorter , and had the folding bayonet.

Good shooting carbine. As the bullet-hole-scar I still carry would attest. Currently I'm re-learning the Mosin but will most likely return to the SK once shooting becomes viable once more.
